Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

Are you talking PA? They stated that they were carrying over the sale to this weekend but we're not sending out January vouchers until after the sale was over. But you could use the December voucher through the end of the sale.

I may have missed a couple of months from carelessness. A few coupons I let expire.ghettosynth wrote:Do you mean for December? Have you been getting them before? They often forget about me.
I likely did not deserve one.
Very likely!
I would have picked up Fault or Sandman Pro.
There is always another month.
But I did not get a coupon in December and I emailed to ask for one I was told politely "Unfortunately, no. Currently you are ineligible for any vouchers." IIRC I did not get one in November but whne I asked for one they sent me a $25. That was very nice of them. And if I do not quality for a coupon that is also ok for me.

i think someone (maybe Dirk) said that the coupons are based upon what you spent the last 12 months on their shop. So maybe it was not "enough"

I've been told by their Sales Support that it's based on total lifetime spend (and not how many plugins you own or spend within a certain time frame). That being said, my sons were getting the $25 vouchers since the summer and did not get it for December, but I did receive my usual voucher. I think they might have increased the amounts of spend required for each range of vouchers (which could make sense -- if it's based on the total spend required to purchase all plugins since they keep adding more plugins to their repertoire -- but that is just supposition on my part).dermage wrote:i think someone (maybe Dirk) said that the coupons are based upon what you spent the last 12 months on their shop. Well, in any case, that confirms to me that they are willing to drop people off the roles at the lowest level if they don't meet requirements and that it's possible that the requirements will change.SolarAxix wrote:I've been told by their Sales Support that it's based on total lifetime spend (and not how many plugins you own or spend within a certain time frame). Based on that and some data in the other thread I will adapt my strategy with them somewhat.

Right, use it every month and always keep the purchase at least slightly cash positive. Assuming that I get a voucher next month LOL!dandezebra wrote:New strategy, buy always.

I broke down and got Sandman Pro for the $29, plus an included freebie.ghettosynth wrote:Right, use it every month and always keep the purchase at least slightly cash positive. Assuming that I get a voucher next month LOL!dandezebra wrote:New strategy, buy always.
Fault also looks interesting but will wait for coupon to get it.

Fault and Dent 2 are recent pickups for me and they are both amazing. As I've posted elsewhere, now for Zip and Specops!

This has been what I try to do. Though I still only get the $25 voucher. I did buy Noveltech's Vocal Enhancer for $19 in addition to using my voucher on Sandman Pro, so they got $23 out of me instead of the usual $4 or so....ghettosynth wrote:Right, use it every month and always keep the purchase at least slightly cash positive. I wrote to them to ask when I could get a higher voucher. They told me that I need to reach 300$ of total spending.dzilizzi wrote:This has been what I try to do. Interesting, when I wrote them they said that they will not explain their system. Lucky!
