Great synth! Having a blast!

It's not that simple.kmonkey wrote:Easily solved for 15 EUR and you can run ton of other 32 bit plugins which never made it to 64 bit.Mushy Mushy wrote:No 64 bit

It really is as dead simple as buying app, install it, run it, three clicks, point folder, job done. 10 min of your time maximum. You run it just once and that's it.
I am finding it hardly to believe (speaking generally) anyone will argue about 15 EUR. It's the money you spend every weekend on worthless drink or buying two sandwiches. And for that 15 EUR and jbridge one is getting tone of functionalities in the way of having 32 bit plugins working at 64 bit - daw whoooooohooo
For starters some DAWs (Live for example) need admin rights to work properly with Jbridge. And for security reasons normalIy I only grant those rights if it is absolutely necessary.

Will there be any sales for this synth? I hate to ask so soon but 106$ is about 40$ bucks more than i was expecting. Not saying its not worth the asking price, but for someone like me with many other synths thats a hard sale.
Hopefully a sale comes so i can pick it up, it looks very cool.

I dont know man, I need every penny right now because I dont have a job, I spent all my saving to be able to create this synth for you guys. If this does not bring back my time that I invested, I have to quit for good, and there will be no more synths and soundsPyrotek45 wrote:Will there be any sales for this synth? Also i have found a bug:
If you copy over the patch that is using Multisaw, in the copied version the display on the left wount be updated if you change voice count in the oscillator.

Too be fair, nexus stuff is overpriced to begin with, so thats a bit of a stretch to compare yourself with them. I did only pay 60 bucks for synthmaster (and 15 bucks for synthmaster one when it came out) i only paid 70 bucks for harmor(and tbh it can do much more than viper).adamtrance wrote:I dont know man, I need every penny right now because I dont have a job, I spent all my saving to be able to create this synth for you guys. Hopefully a sale comes so i can pick it up, it looks very cool.. 106$ is 40$ more too much? So my synth is only worth 66$? In euro thats €55, a Nexus expansion costs €60. Then Viper which is a full fledged synth which you can do so much with is worth less then a soundbank
(and please no one start the childish: yeah but its only 32bit so it only worth 10$. I have explained multiple times that 64bit is coming and it will be for free. I am one person doing all of this, it is extremely hard and time consuming, everything takes time.)
I got lush 101 for around 70 bucks second hand and dune 2 second hand for around the same price. I also picked up massive AND fm8 for 100$ together second hand. so for me 70 bucks means i think your synth IS good but its half what i paid for fl studio. Im not saying you don't deserve what you're asking for, but for ME its a bit of a large bill. if you need all the money you can get hey i'll pay for viper when it(if it) goes on sale, other wise ill have to sit this one out. it seems to be doing well, and i hope you get plenty of sales, so you can continue working on it.

That you are different kind of shopper does not mean it has to be lower for YOUPyrotek45 wrote:Too be fair, nexus stuff is overpriced to begin with, so thats a bit of a stretch to compare yourself with them. Ofcourse bargains are amazing, i love them too, but dont push the developer in to the corner wait a year at least till the next holiday or black friday
And as i am a Virus owner and knowing all the quirks of Virus, 89 is a small amount considering i can re-create most of my patches to make them sound very close just by making the same settings

don't be daft, i never said he has to take his price lower for me. Things will have different value to different people. And for me its a 70$ synth(after seeing what i already have thats about how much value it is to ME), to someone else it might be worth 200 or 300 bucks and thats fine. so calm down. I asked a legit question and got an answer. he seemed to want to know why i thought his stuff is worth 66(to me) and i explained.Elektronisch wrote:That you are different kind of shopper does not mean it has to be lower for YOUPyrotek45 wrote:Too be fair, nexus stuff is overpriced to begin with, so thats a bit of a stretch to compare yourself with them. Comparing used to new prices is never a good idea though. And, Synthmaster is one of the few synths offered for such a price, the dev's strategy rather seems to get a lot of customers (you can decide for yourself whether that is a good idea or not, a lot of customers means a lot of support, while getting less money for the single license). Anyway, i can't see how comparing a used license of LuSH-101, Dune 2, or Massive to a new license of Viper could be valid. A used license for Viper probably ranges in the 50 to 60 € region, so, IF you want to compare with used licenses, compare it with that. Or compare it with Sylenth1, which can do less that Viper, yet costs almost double the price.

lol the fact that you use the word "used" for software......chk071 wrote:Comparing used to new prices is never a good idea though. Most of the time, but its an exact copy of "new" license. Theres no reason a person can't charge full price for their second hand copy, but they don't because they want some money back so they sell for cheaper than original price. But "new" or "used" copies are bit for bit the exact same. software doesn't degrade so calling it "used" is asinine.chk071 wrote:So, used prices for software are NOT lower than new prices? That's news for me.
