No idea how to use this. The Generator All and Generate Beats should generate something. I can hear the base rhythms, but after using these buttons nothings show up in Essential Beat Editor or at the Rhythm Editor. And what was active at the Rhythm Editor, is removed after generate. I know it is me, but no idea what part I am missing.

To generate actual 'beats' (as opposed to intros, breaks, long breaks and outros) you need to already have an essential beat defined (either by manually entering one or loading a loop or generating a loop or importing a midi file or recording a midi file.

Looks like I was doing things wrong. If I have no beat and I click Generate All, it removes everything from the Rhythm Editor, because I had no beat. Got it now.
So if I want to add a base rhythm from the Rhythm Generator to a created beat in the Rhythm Editor, I have to save and load that beat in Rhythm Generator?
Just playing with it and get some good result by creating a base rhythm first and then adding basic beats.
Thanks.

Cool...but I think you might still be missing something because even with no defined essential beat, 'generate all' should still generate intros, breaks etc (but not beats). After 'generate all', click on the intro, breaks etc loopboxes (the keyboard keys) in the Rhythm Editor...the loops should then show in the loop editor.

Got it now. Thanks. Now I can move on.
By accident I figured out a way to create beats. I select a base rhythm > create one note in essential beat editor > Generate. Then I have all the beat levels.
