Apparently the coupon can be used to pay for transfer fees if you pick something up second-hand. Can anyone confirm this?

I made my one and only purchase - bx_tuner at $6 (inc VAT) - and I got the $25 voucher for the first time yesterday.Greenstorm33 wrote:Okay, thanks...I guess I don't qualify. I sincerely hope that this is true! Can anyone verify besides that the last week was obviously not in the newsletter?Fleer wrote:Same here. But if I’m not mistaken the (sale of the) final week has not been revealed yet.

They usually have one sale they don't tell us about until the sale starts.dandezebra wrote:I sincerely hope that this is true! So I just picked up the Melda freeware pack to try out some things.
Do they ever have promotional pricing for the freeware pack upgrade?

I'm about 90% sure they do during their holiday (or bf?) sale. I'm not sure if it's included in the rotating sales they constantly have though.Tappistry wrote:So I just picked up the Melda freeware pack to try out some things.

Okay, thanks for your feedback. I realized after I posted that I was not set up to receive promotional email from them, so I think that's the problem (I must have opted out after getting the Indent freebie a while back). Maybe if I ask nicely they'll issue me a belated voucher. You can use them for anything that costs money, right? I'd totally spring for a $5 upgrade to Dent from my Indent license.OneOfManyPauls wrote:I made my one and only purchase - bx_tuner at $6 (inc VAT) - and I got the $25 voucher for the first time yesterday.Greenstorm33 wrote:Okay, thanks...I guess I don't qualify. Re: Plugin Alliance. The 'January Promo' email shows sales from Jan 11 - 14 and 18 - 21. So I'm sure there'll be some other sale stuff coming onboard at the end of the month.
Judging by the current prices though, they won't be nearly as good as the ones in December. I guess that's a given. PA have been very generous with all these vouchers/sales. I might throw my $35 voucher down on a $50 license transfer fee and atleast give PA a little something. I was really hoping for another $49 bx_subsynth though!

Yeah I'm holding out for more Unfiltered Audio sales and also want to grab bx_subsynth. UA stuff is absurdly fun.MogwaiBoy wrote:Re: Plugin Alliance. I bought something from PA for the first time two weeks ago for $25 and it turns that I got a $25 voucher! Nice! However, I'm wanting to get the ENGL E646 VS. The e-mail states it's going to be $49 today. However, the website is still showing it full price. Is there something I'm missing?
edit: Nevermind, I see the sale just now started.

Bought the other amp sim in the bundle (megasingle?) and it offered me both for $39 as I already had one of the bundle. Used $35 voucher, have now picked up both amps for under £10 in total.xphen0m wrote:I bought something from PA for the first time two weeks ago for $25 and it turns that I got a $25 voucher! Nice! Just asked about the threshold for the $75 coupon - it's $1000 spent.

I'm at about $1035, over 5 years or so, I was getting $75 coupons prior to reaching $1k apparently.
I have 60 PA plugins to date. In any event, seems like the threshold is pretty high.
Just sayin...
My entire plugin collection is probably in the neighborhood of $10k, I didnt realize I was such
