beginner help recording

beginner at bitwig 8 track and I need some help , when I put polysynth in to the audio track I can play and record , the problem is when I do a new audio track and put polysynth in I cant hear anything .

Try using a midi track instead. Audio tracks are for audio, not synths (unless BW does things differently to other DAWs).
