i bought MUX v5 a while back, which offered a free upgrade to v6. a couple days ago i purchased the "upgrade to MUX v7", but still haven't received the new User Key code. sent an email, but haven't heard back.

how long should it take to get a MUX v7 User Key?

A couple of days. That's what the Initial User Key is for so you instantly have a temporary user key until the real one comes.

Your personal user key has been sent out too now.

sorry, i've been away since posting this. thanks so much, looking forward to using it. totally overlooked the ability to use the old user key as temp.
