For example: In Bazille out1-section volume ranges 0..100 and pan goes from -100 to 100.
To move the knob from leftmost to rightmost position different amount of mouse-move is needed.
For moving the vol-knob twice the amount of mouse move is necessary compared to the pan-knob!
There is also a difference in the midi linking mode: In continuous mode vol and pan knob behave the same (one-to-one relation between controller value and Vst knob position), while in encoder mode the volume knob moves twice as fast as the pan-knob.
Is this all intended behaviour?
