BR: MIDI display scroll

It used to be the case in Tracktion 3 that holding the middle-mouse button over the MIDI editor keyboard on the left and dragging would scroll the MIDI display up and down.

This hasn't worked since Tracktion 5 (and maybe Tracktion 4), but holding down the middle-button still changes the mouse cursor to a hand as if it's supposed to work.

Can that be re-enabled again?

One of the reasons that I want it to be fixed is because it gives much finer control than mouse-wheel scroll, which is so severe that I rarely use it.
