Waveform 9.0.28 beta is out.
Mac users: Could I get you to test the Multi Sampler record from system output feature? It should prompt you to install a driver when you enable the feature. You may have to accept the new system extension. Then you should see a "Tracktion Virtual Device" in your system audio devices. Don't select this device in Waveform, but the sampler will use it to record system output.

Did it eventually register? I've just installed 9.0.28 on Windows 10 and didn't need to make it register.
[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

I've moved my Waveform Installation to a new Machine, so i have to register the Beta. Most likely i have too many activations on my account, because it's limited to 4. I can't manage my activations online. I've sent an email to the tracktion support.

I had only a short run with the beta but something is wrong with the attack of the volume envelope...
I didn´t followed this thread and perhaps it was reported before, but the volume envelope kills completely the attack of i.e. kicks... if you load in a kick with a sharp attack, there is a big difference between volume envelope on and off...
Same kicks sounds the same with envelope on/off in any other sampler I know so it´s definetely not correct and makes it hard to use for drum sounds, where you need the volume envelope for i.e. shorten the sound.

I assume you are talking about multi sampler? Attack has a lower limit of 1ms. I'll fix it to be 0ms now.

I am not able to change the Quick render path in the settings... I can point it to any directory but if I close the window with ok, it shows still the old path...

Is there a special reason, why the waveform display of a "Group Clip" disappear so easily if you zoom out a bit compared to a normal audio clip???
It makes using group clips much less attractive compared to a rendered clip...
