Track not receiving MIDI event

Midi in a specific track is not sending any events, but playing a virtual keyboard will send events.

That track does not seem to be routed to the "Water" rack. Note the absense of the rack icon in front of the auto track name. That hints that it's routed to somewhere else? Simple solution could be to drag-drop the Water rack on that track header so to make the track play that rack.
