No audio mixdown of a sequence possible

I have a free version of MuLab7 and i am ready to buy the UL.
But... Whatever i try to do, i can't bounce a vst track with a sequence into an audio file! I simply don't find that option. This what i found on the MuTools website:

"If you want to turn a sequenced VSTi into audio, then select the relevant parts and choose File menu -> Mixdown Audio. "

Wich are exactely the relevant parts? Please help? This is an very important option for me. What i do wrong?
