You have to go into your account and click "manage registered plugins." There will be large green text indicating plugins for which an upgrade is available. Click to open the plugin menu and there will be a button to add the upgrade to your cart.

Weird ... checked my account page and no sign of the green text. Maybe it'll show up later?
We'll see I guess.

My Sandman Pro upgrade was there as soon as I got Sandman with my voucher the other day. Maybe contact support to see what's up with your account? I feel like the whole point of having those items on sale is that people will grab them for free and then pay for the upgrades, so I'd be very surprised if you couldn't upgrade from your Indent license. FWIW here's what it looks like in my account (there's no upgrade from Indent for me because I already have Dent):

Ok yeah, I'll send them a sales support request for that. No green text to be found anywhere.
I realized after I used my voucher to get Indent for free that I could have gotten both Indent and Sandman for $5 with the 20% discount in the cart.
I sent them a message to ask if they could give me a coupon code to help out, we'll see how nice they're feeling. And who knows, maybe I'll get lucky considering they just put a support ticket from someone else's account into mine by accident.

Afair the upgrade to pro for $29 was time limited till 31. October 2016.

Indent offered a cheap upgrade to Dent 2 (which also came with Indent 2 for free).
Maybe they assumed people would mostly be getting Indent 2 for free with Dent 2 and didn't think to make it an upgrade path.

I just went and checked out my upgrade options at PA. I have Sandman and ended up buying Sandman Pro rather than upgrading because it was on sale for $29 during the Advent sales and the upgrade price was $49. I notice I no longer have the option to upgrade to Sandman Pro on my Sandman.
I just picked Indent 2 and it also doesn't show an upgrade option. So I am not sure it is an option to upgrade to Dent 2. It is not an issue for me, I already own the under $50 sale items, so Indent 2 for free wasn't a bad buy. I think they need more $29 to $39 sale items for us hobbyists who want to support them but can't see paying $200 for a plugin that they already have similar products to. At this rate, I will never get past the $25 voucher......

I don't think there is an Indent -> Dent upgrade option. I think that was a one time only intro offer for Dent.

I upgraded to Dent recently as well. What I think is happening is that there is an Indent->Dent2 upgrade but no Indent2->Dent2 upgrade. Very strange, and I'm really sorry for saying that you could upgrade when you don't appear to be able to.

This is very strange, not that I really care. I probably wouldn't have upgraded, I just was checking because of the prior conversation. Good to know it isn't just me....Greenstorm33 wrote:I upgraded to Dent recently as well. What I think is happening is that there is an Indent->Dent2 upgrade but no Indent2->Dent2 upgrade. I grabbed the Embertone Woodwinds bundle currently on sale. These are libraries with quite unique sounds and each with their own personnality. The Herring Clarinet, the Recorders, among others, are really great. I also like the Sensual Saxophone, this one ready just in time for Valentine Day!
