Lovely. "click here for support" takes me to... guess where...?

The same place i can't get to because of the "too many redirects".

If you have a direct link to a support system to create a support ticket, and if it is NOT the forum, then please share it, because i can't get to their support through their website.

When i try to go to the forum from the Image Line main page, the same thing happens (yes, logged-in to my account). So, no change. Actually, it's worse than the last time i tried. At least last time i could get to the forum once (only to be blocked by the broken Mac Beta forum link once i got there, as repeated by AJYoung above).
Our backoffice developers say the issue you were encountering should be corrected, can you confirm that it works now?
