It seems to work as expected, I guess, though I got a 'Your request is already queued' even the first time I submitted. I received the email nevertheless.

Just for fun, I skimmed through the client side code. Is this just for testing, or are you planning to use it in production? If it's the latter, please consider contacting me. I might have a couple of suggestions for you.

I've got all the serial numbers, including those that I've sold. I no longer have ACE, Uhbik, and MFM2, but still got those S/Ns in the mail.

Actually, not really all that I've sold show up. I've also sold Bazille and Zebra 2 licenses, and they don't show up here, only, ACE, Uhbik, and MFM2.

The only thing that shows up in the email correctly is Repro license, which I still have with me. :D

for me working as expected. had several paypal express checkout buys and my user name was always email-1.. 2.. 3.. when buying, but all under the same email now in the email. looks good.

That's Share-It. If you're not logged in to a Share-It account when you purchase, i.e. they can't assign the purchase to your Share-It account without any doubt, they'll just create a new customer record using your email address as the ID. If an ID for that email address already exists, they'll just increment the suffix. This does NOT create any real login accounts for you, it's purely for their bookkeeping and doesn't matter. Just ignore those -1 -2 -3 etc. suffixes.

That's due to an irregularity in our database, it won't happen for everyone (so don't get your hopes up, guys :D).

Hopefully we can crunch this irregularity when transitioning to the new the web site. If you try again, it should no longer send you those licenses.

We have two emails in our support system from your provider, telling us "dlaresn wasn't found". So I assume you had a typo in the email address that you submitted (that didn't get a response from our server). :)

I've got the "Your request is already queued." message after 3 requests and received two emails. The serials are correct and the DZ link works.

Everything seems to work when submitting, and resubmitting immediately I get "Your request is already queued."

I received the email.

Submitting the first time worked as expected.
The second time I got the queued message.
After a while I got the mail and it contained all the licenses I have (everything minus Hive).
The link for the Dark Zebra was broken: "Download invalid or expired. Please request a new link."
Should I forward you the mail?
All serials were the same I had already other than Filterscape, which differed in the last four digits.

So the system seems to mostly work great. :-)

Didn't try multiple times tbh, but the one time I submitted my email I got my correct serials (ACE, Repro, MFM, Zebra2+ZebraHZ). Plus a working download link for ZebraHZ.

Worked perfectly for me. Diva, Repro, Bazille, Satin plus 2 sound sets. Serial numbers all correct. Only tiny lack of polish was my Diva Performer downloaded folder had a code number at the end, while the Repro-1 ReSequenced folder did not.

This is a nice new system!
