Cannot register Collective

So, last night I updated Collective... and I cannot unlock it now. I also took the time to upgrade my DAW Essentials, and I was able to unlock that but not Collective. Does anybody know what's up?

In another issue that I am not sure is related or not, I cannot get the DAW Essential plug ins to stay unlocked. Every time I load Trackion, or Waveform, and load in an Edit file those plug ins need to be unlocked, it is driving me crazy.

This computer is using both T7 and Waveform. I want to use the DAW essentials in each. T7 is loaded here as a 32 bit, and Waveform as 64. I see now that if I register all the plugins in one program and then load the other program and back again, They are no longer registered. Why can't I go back and forth between the two?

I wrote to support two days ago, no answer yet. I figured with the new release of W9 that someone would be around to help me out. I still cannot register Collective, can someone help me out? This is driving me nuts.
Can anyone who has bought Collective new with W9 unlock it?

Hi Mark, what error message do you get when trying to unlock Collective? If you've been going back between 32 and 64 bit versions, there's a chance that you've maxed out your authorisations?

The other possibility is a bug that we've discovered with some internet connections which means the online unlock can fail in certain circumstances. To see if this is the case, you could try the offline unlock here: https://marketplace.tracktion.com/shop/offline-unlock/

Are you using the latest version of the plugins? If so, they shouldn't become unauthorised between different architectures.

I get an error that says "registration failed! Couldn't connect to Tracktion.com.... Your internet connection seems to be OK, but our webserver didn't respond.... this is most likely a temporary problem so try again in a few minutes, but if it persists please contact us for support."
I have messed around a lot trying to get things working and I don't know if I have used up my authorisations.
And I just installed the latest version of the plug ins, they will work if I stick to one of the two programs, T7 or Waveform, but if I authorise them in one program and then move to the other, I have to authorise again.

I updated to the latest version of Collective and the latest content and I keep getting the message about the webserver not responding. I've only tried it from 64-bit W9 on Windows 10.
[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

I just went to W9 and I love it so far, but I am getting that same error with Collective.

We're working on an update to Collective which fixes the auth problems.
Offline unlock should work, if not, please contact support@tracktion.com and we'll get you sorted.
