FR mutisampler velocity implementation

First, I read the sticky about feature requests and totally understand.

I would like to request that when inserting samples into the multisampler that we have the ability to drag the sample's graphic identifier top and bottom limits to set the velocity region.

also when clicking on the keyboard within the multisampler that the end or lowest part of the key represent the highest velocity and the top repreeent the lowest velocity.

Both these features are common in many other multisamplers.
