Ok, I figured it was trollbait, and I read it anyway! I need more beer! 
I did get some Mackie email today though, although it was mostly of the "marketing hype" it had some words on Tracktion being used here and there.
I have a feature request, too: I want T2 to go fetch me beer from the store when I'm out! That'd put it far in advance of any other software.
