Hi

Is there a way to "bypass" the Repro synth and use the effect boxes alone - as pure effect plugins?
I know it's midi based, but is there a way around...
That would've been great.

Thanks

Short answer: no, there isn't.

We'd love to have audio in for our synths, but hosts handle synths very inconsistently, so where one host will load a synth with audio inputs quite happily, another might crash or exhibit other erratic behaviour.
Cheers

U-he's Satin plugin is the same as Repro-5's Velvet, which is about as close as you're going to come. Otherwise, you're out of luck for now.

Semi-related, how come Zebrify has the new 2.8 skins, but not the wavefolder?

That's a pity..
Those colourful 'stop boxes looks just so right for the task. How about a little chat with your mitbürgers over at Ableton, -maybe there is hope.. Their bundled synths and effects sure ain't nothing to get very exited about :hihi:

The new 'Pedal' with Live 10 is such a let down, sure need some new plugins.

I know this thread is quite old but I came here looking for this after spending some time with repro. I have to say that the setup of effects in repro is pretty special. They are so uncomplicated and easy and simple yet still sound amazing. Also, you turn any one on and you know if it'll work or not and you don't waste time tweaking if it doesn't, you can just move on. I know these effects live in other u-he products, but not in the same fashion as this row of stompboxes. If the tech ever allows it I'd love to be able to route audio through them. Or if more interested is needed to spin it off as a separate vst I'd voice my support for it.

I think this goes for all of uhe products ❤️

I think most reasonable users would happily pay for a separate plugin with these fx and filters.

Must say love serum for this.
I would imagine if vst3 is fully implemented with external side gain, that would be the potential avenue. As with any plugin I guess.
