Crash with TDR VOS Slick EQ!!!

It seems, that Waveform got problems with plugins changing their latency... (just a guess though)

To reproduce:

- Load Slick EQ set the mode to ECO, rightclick the preset name (should say "Default") in the Slick EQ GUI and choose "Save as default state"

To be sure quit Waveform and start a new instance
In the new instance:

- Load an audio file onto the track (it doesn´t work on an empty track)
- Load Slick EQ...

Crash!!!!

If you set the mode back to full and save it as default state, the crash doesn´t happen anymore....

allow me to add, that in T5 already there were plugins, that crashed, when they switched latency mode.
but some others in same situation worked. (e.g. reaper freebies with pre-listen feature, gate and comp)
