Feel free to add or shoot down any ideas!
Multi-channel(track) concept: Numbered tracks able to be run in series, parallel or staggered fashion.
Series idea(s): 4 tracks - Beginning to end = 1 to 2 to 3 to 4
4 tracks - > < = 1 start to end, 2 from end to start, 3 start to end, 4 end to start
4 tracks - > > < < = 1 start to end, 2 start to end, 3 end to start, 4 end to start
etc.
Parallel ideas: Multiple tracks = chord phrases
Staggered ideas: Syncopation, polyrhythms using track offset time
How about the (an) arpeggiator as an addition to MXXX? As a modulator using note offsets, velocities, lengths, etc. to vary parameters of the modulation itself? As an alternative / sidechain-type input? (I've often wondered about using a chord to trigger an arpeggiator and using the rhythm of the arp as a mod source. I'm pretty sure that it is possible, I just never figured it out.)
I was just thinking about the arpeggiator and thought I'd throw out the ideas.

Oh, quite frankly, the arp is already too complex for most people, so this is just way out of line imho. (plus I have no dev time left...)
