£299 is steep indeed for SL2 to SX3 but then SL was always about £200 cheaper than SX I think so it fares out about even...

As for SL3 I didnt know they had one planned! If they do ill upgrade to that!

yes, sl3 should be announced soon and nuendo 3 by the end of the year. got the word from someone in the fold...

When I looked into upgrading Logic Audio to Platinum they wanted almost the full price!

Well, it's been quite a while, but I dont' remember the jump from 3.5 Gold to 4.0 Platinum to be THAT much of a jump. Was it? I thought it was like $250? Obviously this was quite a few years ago...

Just got this email from Abiter this morning..

CANE CREEK - its only out of stock because they haven't actually received the stock yet. Everyone that orders gets the same email. I doubt it'll take 21 days. I'm hoping they'll arrive this week

Arbiter told me my upgrade was 'ready to ship' on Friday evening, so hopefully the first batch of upgrades should be out forthwith
