Problem with Delay Studio in Reaper

It happens only in Reaper ...neither in Tracktion nor in FL Studio...

To reproduce:

- Open a new project in Reaper
- Load on a track a sampler with i.e. a snare drum
- Load Delay Studio as an insert
- Load the attached preset into Delay Studio
- Play some notes on your keyboard to make some noise through the plugin
- leave everything untouched for a moment ( no sequencer start, no noise on this track...etc)

Each time after about 35 seconds silence the CPU load of this track goes up 10 times higher than it was before...(with the filters in the taps disabled 2-3 times higher)
Only disabling the feedback sets it back to normal (without making any noise through the plugin)
As soon as I make some noise through the plugin, the CPU load goes back to normal as well...
If I put a plugin that makes some low level noise (-90db) before it does not happen...
Denormalization in Reapers options is turned on...

Seems, that Delay Studio has some problems with the feedback path and absolute silence...
