Waveform: MIDI wrap time?

Hello,
I was wondering if after using the retrospective record feature there is a simple way to fix the tempo of the recording. e.g. to scale the whole thing to match the tempo of the song.

The wrap time feature is probably what I was thinking of, but it does not seem to be available for midi tracks. Basically if I register a midi clip that lasts 10 seconds and it's 8 bars let's say, I'd like to have the 8 bars fit into the 8 bars of the DAW but for the clip to still last 10 seconds; I hope it makes sense.

Ok, I think I found my answer:

Hold ALT and drag the triangle symbol in the top right corner of the clip.

But it's not possible to do this from within the MIDI editor, right? (like in reaper, i.e. ALT + grab the MIDI section end handle and drag)
