Collective presets ?

Yesterday evening I played a while with the Waveform9 demo and quite impressed.
First of all, all my stuff (guitar and keyboard) work perfect with it in Linux. And there's a native synth (collective) which makes it all complete.

After having troubles with lots of other DAW's and systems, I guess Waveform will be my next adventure.

- Some other VST's have a community to share their soundbanks / presets. Is there some sharing library available too for Collective? I saw there's a manual available, maybe some tutorial video could be nice to show how easily make new tones.
(with the free Synth1 vst I used before, I had almost 10 000 presets to choose from by downloading a collection of other users that shared theirs)

- Is it best to first delete the demo version and then buy and download the full version?

The demo version will become the full version when you buy and unlock it, so there isn't another version. The same applies to all Tracktion products.

Well, I'm wondering if the demo version is the same as the full version.
Maybe I didn't download or install correctly all stuff from the downloads tab.


I read that the only difference was there would be 'white noise' every few seconds. I have that.

But it seems I'm missing the FM Synth.
As for some function I wanted to do (don't know anymore what), I got a popup: "this function is only available in the full version".
I'm also wondering if there would be more presets in Collective, other than the ones created by the 4 authors.

It would be nice if all users could share their presets via a platform, so you can have more of them from other authors too.
