Repro deal at Reverb.com

Hi all, I was selling some gear at Reverb.com and noticed this deal:

I am wondering if this is really just the monophonic Repro-1 as implied by the description, or does it include Repro-5? Without the sale discount it is the same price as the full Repro advertised on the u-he site, and if they are just fulfilling from u-he I can't imagine the software wouldn't be the same... and/or wouldn't the update from Repro-1 be free anyways?

I'm sure it's the whole package. Repro 1 and 5 come from the same installer, which is available for download right on the u-he site. The only thing you're actually buying is a serial number.

Just curious... if Repro is selling for $150 at reverb.com and $150 at u-he.com, why wouldn't you just buy it from u-he and eliminate any ambiguity, and also any waiting period between buying your software and using it?

I bought Satin from pluginboutique i think. IIRC, the third party retailer sends you a code that acts like a voucher, and then you redeem that voucher at u-he.com and wait for them to send you a serial. I'm not 100% on this but I don't think this process was automated. U-he support is fast, but not instant like just buying it off the site is.

And now the deal is no longer available?!? I had it sitting in my cart and was just waiting on confirmation to check it out. Shame on me for pointing the discrepancy out in a public forum, I guess... grr

Just to clarify: anything you purchase from any legitimate seller (online store, second hand transfer, etc.) from now on (or, well, since Repro-5 was released) will be the full Repro bundle, even if advertised as just Repro-1 or just Repro-5.

Some older registration codes (which resellers will send you) may still contain the product abbreviation "REP1" as their first block, but these codes will still get you the full Repro bundle.
