Waveform 9.0.37 Beta

the collective silentbug seem gone, but i get 2 crashs during test. first crash was when i click on detect tempo on a ogg file. second crash was when i choose a sound in collective. waveform quit and write a .dmp file(551 kb 367 kb). if the the waveform support want see the crashfiles let know.

i see waveform have create a file of size 404 megabyte static observer rorschach litany... in crashlog folder, but i have disable the record of user actions.

What is the type of file created and how is it named?

That's one of our demo songs, did you download it from the "Project" tab -> "Get Demo Songs" button by chance?

I have download some demo songs, but wy it is in this folder then. maybe i cancel download because too large or so. I see the name in get demo songs. i can delete the file in that folder

It is when load a demo song with get demo song, the song is not delete in the temporary. i test with synthetique song too. and because of name observer of the demo song, i thought this is the file about user actions

see video when crash happen. when i click on the 3 lines after open preset menu. also it happen that often after start the download requester come. it happen always and is reproducable

Thanks, this should be fixed in the next release which I'm hoping to get up soon.

the crash i report earlier with auto detect tempo happen always. in this video i test with a wav drum file which has bpm information in and is store with tracktion 9 feature add to library and insert . but also ogg or other wav do a complete tracktion crash. as far i remember waveform8 crash too. so its older bug.

In the lfo modifier view sometimes are unsmooth lfo curve see. see screenshot. does this happen on other system too ?

"save as" instrument save with the multi sampler crash when create audio preview is enable and in the window tghat allow record a previev is record press and later stop(because not like the example). the window stay open and when press record button again, it crash with this log message.if you need more info or video, let me know

I notice problem when 2 tracks have follow chord track enable. when change the chord in bar 1 then only track 2 change track 1 change not. when change chord in bar 2 then track 1 change at bar 1 and track 2 on bar 2. normaly in all tracks should change same bar. see video. the testsong file is attach. the song example edit is testsong.

It's because you have an offset set. I need to fix the chord generator to work better with offsets or at least clear the offset. Also, it's best to loop your chord track rather than the midi clip.

the value offset is 0,0,000 show. but you are right, have something to do with offset, when i disable L(so the loop of the clip is disable), then show offset 1,0,0. maybe problem is that when L (loop of midi clip) is enable offset value is not show. you can see in video

i can reproduce silent bug on some sounds and some notes. it happen always with blue pad and when press on midi keyboard a C upto e key (sequencer is stop, i play live with midi kyboard). the cutoff of the filter is on c upto e keys key very low set. see video. i change also settings of other knobs. when disable the filter then work ok
