Waveform on 4K Monitor

I am really struggling with the scaling of plugins on a dual monitor setup. One monitor is a 4K the second an IPS. I am running Windows 8.1 pro. I am extending the monitors. I am opening Waveform on the 4K. It looks amazing, a great amount of real-estate.

The problem is the scale factor on all VST plug-ins, they are very small. This also applies to the Rack dialog box as well.

If I drag the plug-in to the second monitor, the scale is okay but there is a placement issue. I cannot place it on the second screen, it kind of snaps back to the main monitor or kind of sits halfway.

Before we talk about scaling and the like I should mention I do not have these issues with Studio One, Cubase or Sonar. They are handling the scaling of the plug-ins just fine.

I was wondering if others have seen this? I do not want to change to a custom scale level as than everything else becomes huge.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same here. I've done a little digging and testing of scaling, but only a little. It's pretty annoying.
