Midi Track Delay???

I'm running the demo of Waveform 9 and one thing I can't seem to find is negative track delay. Is this not possible in Waveform?

I use this all the time in other DAW's for instance on string spiccatos from different companies to get the timing lined up. Thanks for any help!

at least with audio tracks I found out that the "offset" parameter of the clip can be used! (it has 4 time parameters).
not working midi here but it might be relevant to use the same concept..
