Should The Dark Zebra Appear in u-he Account?

Just curious, mainly because of the stated free upgrade path to Zebra v3.
I purchased Repro-1/5 in December, and Zebra 2 recently. Yesterday I decided to splurge on The Dark Zebra and the process of installing and activating was smooth sailing (amazing soundsets btw, I'm blown away!).
Both Repro and Zebra appear in my account in the Support area, but DZ isn't reflected there. Is this normal because it's a soundset? Or should it show up as a separate purchase? Thanks in advance.

Thanks again ED. (You're everywhere! LOL). I'll contact support at the site.
EDIT: When opening a support request ticket, it said soundsets are added monthly, so I'll let it ride for a while. If it becomes important for whatever reason, I have the purchase order email and all of that, so am not going to worry about it.

Yep, monthly procedure. However, the guy who's doing it is on vacation over Easter. It'll happen around mid April then.
It never really is a problem though since you commonly have an email and download link after purchase anyway. The next iteration of our website won't have that page anymore, we'll only send out an email statement upon request with all products and licenses. This way we can strip the webserver off any customer data to conform with new EU data and privacy laws. There won't even be accounts anymore. We're testing this here: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 1&t=500065

Thanks Urs. I went through the process, and it said "added to the queue", got an email within a minute or so with my Repro;1/5 and Zebra 2 serials. No mention of ZebraHZ, which I guess should be expected since it wouldn't post until mid-April whenever your guy gets back.Urs wrote:Yep, monthly procedure. At any rate, it's not a problem. I have what I purchased and can use it, which I am happily doing. Until recently u-he was just another name out there I had vaguely heard good things about, but these synths have rocked my fuzzy little world. Being more of a bread-&-butter traditional instrument VI person, I had no idea that a soft synth could be so versatile, do so many different things so amazingly well.

"The guy" (me) has returned from vacation and I added all of last month's soundset purchases earlier today, so if you purchased before April 1st then it should show up in your account now, and it should be included in the "all in one" email.
Just for the sake of informational completeness: if anything appears to be missing from your account, you can always send an email to support at u-he dot com and ask our support team (sometimes that's me) to find and add the missing licenses. Anyone in our support team can do that, no need to wait for me.
