Would it be possible to make a numeric Level read out for the peak level like it´s done in the Volume/Pan plugin...
Would be nice to be able to see the value without having to select the plugin...

Neat idea, as long as it shows all channels.

Don´t count me in... A simple peak value for the stereo signal would be already enough for me... just for the highest level of the channels, which are currently displayed if you select the Meter plugin...Robert Randolph wrote:Left/right, sum/difference.Trancit wrote:What do you mean with "all channels" ?
This is how it works in every other DAW I know and would be absolutely enough for me for daily work...
I think for detailed metering, there are enough specialized plugins out there and I don´t see the need to have them visible all the time...

A single value is kinda worthless if you're using sum/difference metering mode.Trancit wrote:Don´t count me in... I could understand it for L/R though.

Ok, now I know, what you mean...
I should have said, that I work with the normal Level Meters exclusive in peak mode...
Tbh, I didn´t know before, that the plugin offers different metering options...
I beg your pardon...
Nevertheless, my feature request doesn´t forbid the numeric values for the other metering options...
The plugin shall simply reflect in the icon, what it shows in the property panel anyway...
If this should be to complicated to do, I continue to ask for a simple highest peak readout...
