Yes, I'm familiar with their system. It's just that I've never seen a company giving away dollar-to-dollar in rewards point. Usually only 5-20%jsp1979 wrote:They probably mean that the cash will go into your rewards cash.
However, for the items in the shop, the amount of rewards cash you can use on each purchase is capped for each item. So, if you have $100 in rewards cash, you may be only able to use $60 of it on an item (which brings the cost down from $200 to $140). So, you STILL have to pay $140 to get the item, so they're still going to get you to put out more money.

Yes, it looks like a war for our wallet, trailer-type. We will have to score risers against risers.jsp1979 wrote:I'm afraid that in the arms race between VSTbuzz and AudioPluginDeals, I'm going to be a casualty.
I like the APD idea of a dollar for dollar on their reward shop. It's the first time I see this.

Scoring Synth is intriguing. I wonder if it will be similar to Heavyocity Novo.Uncle E wrote:Violins sound best when they’re step sequenced.
Thoughts on Scoring Synth?
Speaking of violins, I like the concept of Front Row Violins from Kirk Hunter. Playing like a violonist must be cool.

Has anyone who was waiting received their Tundra licenses yet?

With the amount of new violin sample libraries released in the past 2-3 years, there's joe shortage of great ones to choose from. Unfortunately, the Kirk Hunter one just doesn't sound good to my ears...and I'm not alone:Windy23451 wrote:Scoring Synth is intriguing. Yeah, I also have this library. It's a great one, full of patches and different sounds, natural and processed.dzilizzi wrote:Too bad I already have that one.Fleer wrote:Here it is and it’s a fine one indeed: ImpactSoundworks Resonance Mallets for $19shidostrife wrote:And they said they'll give back dollar-for-dollar spent in THE DEAL to our wallet. From what I understand, it's on sale at 19$, and you get 19$ of cash reward on the dealer's shop.
Just the library at 19$, it's dirt cheap for all this stuff. Recommended.
