How to Replicate

* Insert MIDI Clip
* Select Pencil tool
* Create a very short-length note
* Create a new note
* Attempt to adjust the length/velocity by moving along the X/Y axis

Expected behaviour

X/Y movement with the pencil tool normally adjusts the note-length and note-velocity.

Actual behaviour

If the previously created note was too small, then X/Y movement adjusts the pitch of the note.

It happens when a note has no visible body. After you zoom in and its body appears the velocity can be changed. Maybe there should be no possibility to create a note so short that only its border is visible?

Once a note shortend to its smallest size by using left-right arrow, and you put mouse cursor on the note again, the left-right arrow doesn't show up anymore. I reported this behavior some time ago, so they probably aware of it. I hope it will be improved.
