Streaming audio from Bitwig over a network?

Does anyone have any idea if it's possible to stream audio from Bitwig (just the master output) over a local network with low latency? I'm fairly comfortable with controller scripting, but I don't see anything in the API that could help do this (i.e. getting small chunks of audio data from a track).

I use Dante for that, you need Dante Via on one computer and the Dante audio driver on the other.
You might be able to do it also via AVB, which is supported by newer MotU interfaces, and is built into OSX. But it does not work over standard routers, you would need a special router...
If you have decent audio interfaces on both, I would not bother and connect them with spdif...
