Hey i'm wondering what kind of saturation you guys use on tracks or final mix - personally i've got one absolute champion 'tape emulation' the jb 'Ferox',but it's only 32bit and unfortunately i am,like everybody in present day forced to move to 64 bits DAW and process so need 64 alternative - please share your favorite x64 ones.Thanks

If you like that then why not have a look a 'TB Ferox' which is basically the updated version and is part of the TB track essentials pack - loads of other useful stuff in there too. TB Ferox also doubles as a very nifty natural sounding compressor for acoustic guitars as well.

From the same developer TB Reelbus is also rather marvellous.

If you owe reaper there are quite some good saturating js plugins

And SDDR is ~$30. I'd choose this one first (though both are nice to have).

You can't go wrong with Klanghelm SDRR. It's cheap, versatile and sounds incredibly good. I actually prefer it to Decapitator.

On the other hand, Decapitator for $49 will open to you to Soundtoys upgrades (I think).

But then again, Soundtoys bundle can often be found in the marketplace for ~$200.

i should totally do this, i'm used to slickeq being so subtle i'm not sure if it's doing anything
