Feature request: MIDI control of moused-over or last touched parameter

Something that I've found very useful in other DAWs is the ability to map one hardware control to the last parameter you touched. This makes recording automation very quick. Waveform's "Quick Control Parameter" is kinda close, but not quite what I'm looking for. For example, in other DAWs, this is called:

• Logic: Automation Quick Access
• FL Studio: Last Tweaked Parmeter
• Reaper: Last touched FX parameter

Would it be possible to add this to Waveform? Thoughts?
