So how's the Nomad Factory Analog Studio Rack Bundle? Worth a 50 spot?

Honest question, what functions beyond basic should one expect for a $20 mallet library of this breadth? And what are the better alternatives?murnau wrote:Nowdays that is really nothing special. Old & simple mallet kontakt lib with basic functions for $20? No, thanx.

i still have $35 voucher i'd like to swap or give away if someone can donate a $50 or $75 voucher. i'd like to buy karacter but i unfortunately can't make up the $14 this month
thank you so much!!
Also, if anyone wants my license for SurferEQ 2 'Boogie', whatever THAT means... the equalising properties somehow cause you to boogie like it was 1969, or it doubles the amount of nose goblins in any session?
anyone's guess

It depends on what you need if you really need just a channel strip maybe the scheps if you want the most possibilities and colors 6050 all the way. It sounds great and it's basically the full 6020 and 6030 plugins combined so you get a full range comps and eqs like 25 in total that you can change on the fly and it will translate the settings to the new module instantly. With Scheps you only get the 3 basic comps and just one eq, I think. I mean the omni is great too but I'd get the 6050. I've been demoing it and it's great. Of course you should just demo them both too. And I believe 6050 needs I lok dongle and omni will always be on sale lol.ErBen wrote:If you had to choose between McDSP 6050 and Sheps Omni Channel, what would you take? Seems Sheps has less modules but has a de-esser, for example.
Edit: typos
Uncle E check your PMs lol unless your ghosting me then I know how to take a hint lol.

This is not only mallets sounds. There’s a processed section with a lot of different sounds.yellowmix wrote:Honest question, what functions beyond basic should one expect for a $20 mallet library of this breadth? Thanks a lot! Oh, if the McDSP needs a physical iLok that's a no-go. I'll check to make sure!

Damn that's correct, they want a physical iLok. That's so brain dead... What's wrong with software iLok ?
Anyway, no sale. Shame.
Thanks @systmu, you saved me from an expensive mistake!

Can someone confirm Softube Tape is on sale $49? I see it for $49 then after adding it to card it becomes $99.
I'd like to buy it but can't for some reason.
