Is there any MBitFun tutorial?

Recently I'm try to studying MBitFun.
But I can't understand some of important features.. XOR, Replace, And, Or...

Can anyone explain about that?

I know the manual can be a bit cryptic but it's got all the info. I strongly recommend clicking the help ? In the module windows which will give you the info.

Sorry, I did used to know how it all worked but I admit I've forgotten. Personally, even knowing how it works I still had to do a lot of trial and error! I remember flipping the bits around 5 to 8 tended to result in more controlled output that wasn't just noise.

The plugin works on samples with a maxiumum depth of 16bit (or less to get a lo-fi sound). And it uses bitwise operations on them. If you don't know about them this Wikipedia article might help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitwise_operation

The lower the bit number the greater the effect (for an 8 but value the but with number one has a numerical value of 127, bit number 8 has a value of 1, all bits together make up the numer 255). Learn here why: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary_number

Perhaps it's possible to make assumptions of the results but given the possibilties I think it is designed to be used in an experimenting way. If you enabling bit-shift and rotation you're IMHO definitinly going into the glitch area of effects. It will only be subtle if you enable the less significant bits (that are numbers 7 and 8 for a 8bit, and 13 to 16 for 16bit etc) and don't turn down the bit number below 12.
