just moved to a new pc and can't get it get out of trial mode

I am using T4 on my old machine, and have T6 as well, can't seem to unlock on new machine and these products are supposed to be free. I like T4 better, but both keep telling me they are in trial mode

Did you set up an account on the Tracktion site and go through the registration procedure?
