Noticed today already with 9.037 but it´s still present in 9.038...

I am talking about putting plugins in serial here not parrallel:

If you got more than one plugin wrapped in a rack, which cause latency, only the plugin with the highest latency got compensated...
The Rack simply ignores the plugin with the lower latency and everything gets out of sync!!!

Edit: Urgent is written with a "t"
