In ease of use it reminds me of Ableton Live, and it even has a partially functioning pattern mode.
The most basic commands are already set up for the pc keyboard, and I would configure them for my personal use in the same way if they were not already setup as I like them.
Groove clip looping is great for duplication. Just right click and activate and drag the track end for as long as desired. Or for multiple tracks control + A to select all, and then right click and activate groove clips and drag out multiple tracks. Doing this sketches out a basic song very quickly and allows for later muting and editing of new tracks to complete the song.
Once I learned how to close the initial clutter and setup a default template I was away.
