That immediately set alarm bells ringing - my purchase isn't going to be complete until the support team get involved? Sure enough, the automated reply asks me for details of the 'problem'. Bottom line, it's 4 hours later and I've heard nothing from them. I've bought lots of stuff from them and I know they're legit, but this seems to be an absurd way of doing things. Am I going to have to wait x business days (where x hasn't been provided) to get my serial?
Plugin Boutique appear to offer no phone support. Does anyone have any idea what the timescales involved here might, or should, be?
