Open the Browser to MUX/ Presets/ Instruments, click on a Bank/ Preset to select it, and press a key on your keyboard controller to hear it.
Find one that's close, open it in the Modular area and tweak it to taste.
For guitar plucks, try Vintage / PWMachine, or Misc / FM Wires.
(You can also load a free guitar multisample, and layer oscillators in MuSynth)

I'd suggest opening the Virtual Keyboard option under PROJECT column, 2nd from down low.
