Anybody have any experience with a Midi Controller where one or more keys don't sound unless you really hammer the key or they just don't sound at all? I have a MPK261 and was thinking of opening it up and maybe cleaning out any dust. Hopefully I don't need any replacement parts :(

I did a couple of times on a Roland D-50 synth.

It's basically lifting a rubber cap, and some anti-oxide spray for electronics and a cotton ear tops to gently rub it in and cleaning.
That once you have access to the faulty keys.
That worked for me on that, anyway.

I assume much simpler inside with hardly any electronic boards compared to a synth. So less boards to remove to get access.

With a spray with long thin tube, you might get away with not removing anything. That is finds it's way into crucial parts. It's usually a conductive rubber bump in there that is the base of it all, that serves as resistance as well.
