PSP has iLok nowdays. Can´t you activate the plugin by using the code you got and "redeem" it with the iLok Manager?

The code from JRR is a 3rd party reseller code which "buys" you the plugin on the PSP site. It does not activate the plugin. That code is provided by PSP on your user area. There is no license appeared in my iLok account.

I think I have had this before when a site "runs out" of codes - presumably because of the sale. Its just that there isn't anyone available to sort it out. They are meditating!

I'd almost bought this, but then saw the the activation system is quite user unfriendly, as you can not deactivate a license when moving to another computer but have to wait for 90 days to get a new activation.

it has 2 licenses ok, but i have 3 computers and one would switch often, when i'm on the road.

AAS license system is super friendly. Just put your serial in the plugin and it works. No online registration or so

The iLok code is supposed to show in your PSP account. If it doesn’t they did most likely run out of numbers. Looks like you need to wait until they stopped meditating. Strange timing.

-"Until the 5th March I’m on a meditation retreat. During this time I’m offline and unable to answer any emails and phone calls."

Hope Antoni hasn't been stuck in another astral plain since the beginning of March! Maybe he means May. Hhmm.. put on a sale and then go on holiday.

Be patient, my friend. Antoni will answer. I had the same problem and it's now solved. Just give the man a few days to deal with the problem. It seems like there has been a problem generating PACE iLok serial numbers.
The message you read when contacting PSP is an old message that has not been erased (but should have).
Stick to PSP. I love everything Antoni makes. (And I don't work for them at all). I know it's annoying to buy something and not being able to use it right away, but in the big scheme of things, it's not such a big deal (imho).

It will get sorted out, my filter is not listed at all and delay took the night for the code, PianoVerb2 was instant. There is a disclaimer on PSP support about being away on "Meditation" until March 5th, so we need to be patient.
