How good is Kirk Hunter Diamond? Currently on sale for 85% off.

I got it from a previous deal. It's not perfect, but there's some pretty good stuff in it. At this price, you can't go wrong.

What´s the best part of it, in your opinion?

I really like the strings. The brass are also very good. I saw mixed comments about the percussion and the woodwinds, but I find some of them sounding great, like the timpani, the oboe, etc.

There's a ton of stuff, with different levels of quality, but mostly good to great, especially considering this price point.

I'm taking a second look as I see that the Solo Strings 1 are in Diamond. Solo Strings 2 are in the Concert Strings 2. I will have to find out if the "Romantic Solo Violin" is also in Diamond or only in Solo Strings 1. Does anyone know this?

What's up with virtually everyone selling Ableton Suite having only one post (and posts from bumps)? I'm interested in buying it but feels shady. Should I steer clear?

Thank you! Well, shoot, now I may have to just get it. I do like that it uses Kontakt. I never use Miraslav because I have to deal with Sampletank. Not to say there is anything wrong with Sampletank, but it is just one more player that I don't have time to figure out. And Kontakt I know. LOL! I swear I spend most of my music time setting up instruments.

I don't have Omnisphere, so I didn't bother to listen. I just don't like the HUGE YouTube spot. Probably messes with the mobile view also.

I was considering upgrading to Komplete Ultimate (during the next sale) in part for the orchestral sounds. I only have Komplete Standard currently.

Maybe this might be a superior alternative? I only have Kirk Hunter ensembles.

There are a couple of suspicious ones. Do your due diligance before you make any payment. And btw, a second hand Live Suite license should not cost much more than $400.
