I believe it has something to do with the fact that I'm a Live 9 Suite + Push owner, but didn't bother myself to install and try the v10 all that time since the initial release in February. Probably their e-commerce system tracks these kind of things.

It's done, I've pulled the trigger and upgraded.

Now that I've upgraded, I could never give up the automation improvements, esp. groups within groups and the automation toggle.

The MIDI capture function made the whole update worth it for me. I am noodling around a lot and 75% of the time I used to miss a cool melody or a chord progression - not any longer.

It seems insignificant but huge time saver.
Honestly it's a 9.x level update, but guess it's life.

Amazing - politics makes its way into a software forum for music when someone asks for some advice on a software upgrade.

How was the OP supposed to know you use Ableton - you didn’t say so in your previous post. Even if you did, it would still be irrelevant - the topic is about upgrading from Ableton live 9 to 10, not another DAW.

So, for the record, you attack a persons character for pointing out your illogical and irrelevant opinion, and they try to somehow ameliorate your insult with an emoji.
