Mulab Buffer size

Hi there. I'm wanting to increase the buffer size in Mulab. In audio setup, i get MME block size & MME number of blocks. Are these what I'm looking for? If so how do they work together?

I'm Currently using the free version of Mulab, and using EastWest instruments/plugins.

Any info would be much appreciated.
