I don’t buy this rumour. Surely they can’t skip straight to Massive 10.mutantdog wrote:Interesting, what is Massive X?

No, no, no. It's Massive XTrEEEEEEEEEEEEEm. The step modulator will be locked to the guitar riff of Song 2.v1o wrote:I don’t buy this rumour. Surely they can’t skip straight to Massive 10.mutantdog wrote:Interesting, what is Massive X?

Agreed. They would need to be on Massive 8 before they can do that.v1o wrote:I don’t buy this rumour. Surely they can’t skip straight to Massive 10.

Well, I got my response from Izotope. I get a 20% coupon. The crossgrade price for me is $199. Isn't that the same price as everyone gets -whether they have any parts of the bundle or not?
They were quick to respond. I'm guessing they don't do actual upgrades to bundles from their email. I think Waves does it best. You check off what you want to give up for your upgrade and they give you a bundle price less the price of the bundle assigned to those items. Truthfully, using iLok? It should be easy to do. The manager will remove the old licenses and add the new ones. Other companies do it.
This way, they lose 20% and I still could sell everything.

I guess...except for the one guy earlier who managed to pull a 50% discount.
Yeah, I appreciate the discount but I don't know how I can jump on this. In the end, I'd be paying $160 for BreakTweaker, Stutter Edit, and an upgrade from my current Vocal Synth. Don't want to seem ungrateful, but that doesn't feel like a discount, given the past sales on those first two apps--especially when I'm not sure whether (or if) Breaktweaker will be useful to me. Think I'll just wait and see the upgrade cost for VocalSynth alone. Sorry, Izo!dzilizzi wrote:They were quick to respond. I'm guessing they don't do actual upgrades to bundles from their email. Yes and you’ll get an extra discount from us. If you already have the Creative Bundle, the Upgrade to Creative Suite will be less. If Music Production Suite owners just want to get VocalSynth 2, that will be a lot less.dzilizzi wrote:Well, I got my response from Izotope. I get a 20% coupon. The crossgrade price for me is $199. Previous sales on BreakTweaker Expanded and Stutter Edit were around $49 each. If you add that to the VocalSynth 1 Upgrade to VocalSynth 2, it will be more than $160.KeithAdv wrote:Yeah, I appreciate the discount but I don't know how I can jump on this. Any idea what the VocalSynth upgrade price will be, or if there will be an introductory special on the upgrade?Uncle E wrote:Previous sales on BreakTweaker Expanded and Stutter Edit were around $49 each. Yes, but really? I never use their stuff. Even Ozone. Probably because it crashed every time I used it. Though my new computer may be able to handle it. I was just thinking of getting the bundle for Vocal Synth. But I can get that cheaper from you. Still on the fence though. Not really my sound.Uncle E wrote:Yes and you’ll get an extra discount from us. If you already have the Creative Bundle, the Upgrade to Creative Suite will be less. Hey man, you should check out your system in depth. I have an old i5 Sandy Bridge and 8gb of RAM and everything iZotope works just great! And Ozone is one amazing piece for mastering. And regarding the sound, it's really neutral/quiet (it doesn't add any color that I can tell, just like FabFilter stuff...). Regarding marketing practice... well, let's say there is no one company that I love in that department, but I guess making money is something they all want.dzilizzi wrote: Yes, but really? I could never figure out why it would crash. I had a laptop with an i7 with 16 gbs of RAM. It runs on my current desktop, but I haven't used it. I tend to forget about it. I haven't really finished anything that I really like enough to master yet. I should mention, the new computer is only a year old.escalona wrote:Hey man, you should check out your system in depth. Another happy customer here with the Kirk Hunter Diamond Orchestra deal. SO much depth with this library, definitely a nice intro for me into orchestral libraries. This is an incredibly superior product to what I had previously (and sold), which was Miroslav Philharmonik CE.
