Installed and running on Ubuntu 18.04 using the workaround discussed in the other thread.
I didn't realise that the multisampler could handle SFZ now. That's fantastic as there isn't much free in that area for Linux. I had invested in a commercial sampler plugin, but then I discovered that it suffered serious problems with larger (more than 100MB or so) instruments. This looks like it should do the job for strings and pianos. I'm liking the clean layout.
Incidentally, I'm presuming there's a way of applying the envelope parameters to all of the samples in an instrument?

still celebrating the scalable ui for master mix
aaand a small feature request for it:
to reach the detailed editor for the compressor adjustments of the bands, you have to double-click into the window with the compressor-transfercurve at the bottom (the same goes for eq and crossover/key windows). the problem with the compressor is, that the threshold is set with a singleclick in that window. so everytime i want to open the editor, it will change the threshold. i can try to click exactly on the blue line that indicates the threshh., but that will never be exact.
to set the threshold in that window is needed, so the options are:
1) no single click action, threshhold only changes with drag up/down (drag anywhere in the window to move threshh. up and down)
2) a second area, where you can doubleclick to open the editor. i suggest the Band 1/2/3 textfields for that.
thanks!

Sorry, since we've moved Master Mix in to the app, we won't be adding this to the external version I'm afraid.MBO wrote:Would it possible to have a vst version of Master Mix with the scalable ui?klangbastler wrote:still celebrating the scalable ui for master mix![]()
