What can I do when a link is dead?

A couple of times now I've come across a plugin where the links are dead. Companies go under and hobbyists move on with their lives, and eventually some spammer gobbles up their domain. The latest just now:

I did track down an alternate link:

But there doesn't seem to be any place to report it.
